This stuff works so great! It’s instant leg pain relief for me. It also relaxes my legs a lot and helps with muscle pain. Of course it will dry you out and leaves a chalky white residue. It’s salt! Lots of salt! But it works and it’s worth it. And affordable!

I did like this spray, it worked for me after I actually tried going to sleep and once I put down my phone. Only thing it leaves my feet with like a chalky residue is once it drys.

I went to Disneyland and somehow walked 28,000 steps, then went to the beach the next day and did another 12,000 steps plus some lifting. Needless to say, my legs were ACHING. I used this spray and it genuinely helped loosen up my muscles. I’m not kidding, I went from waddling around because I was so sore to actually being able to walk normally again. It didn’t magically make all the soreness disappear, but it made a noticeable difference. But it did feel nice and smell nice. Would be good in a body care routine. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

The sprayer works great and applies a liberal amount with one pump, massaging the liquid into the skin definitely helps with absorption and relief. Love this stuff! I will be keeping a bottle on hand at all times. I could see this being very useful at the tennis/pickleball court for sore calves and knees.
