Would not recommend this litter box. It worked for less than a month (like two weeks) and then just stopped out of nowhere. It constantly keeps displaying system error even if no cat goes near it. The worst part is having poor or no customer service at all. Additionally, it keeps disconnecting from the WiFi.

Dont waste your money
It worked at first then after like a month (if that) of using it, it started malfunctioning. It would get stuck trying to dump the clumped litter out and wouldn’t turn back around. I’ve reset it countless times and it’s still malfunctioning. I basically paid $150 each for 3 litter boxes to act like regular litter boxes. Call customer service and they were 0 help since it was 30 days out of the return window and there’s no warranty (I suppose my fault). $500 down the drain and in this economy.

Smells horrible, malfunctioned immediately. I have great WiFi and it would disconnect randomly and turn the box over so my cats couldn’t use it. This happened when I wasn’t home once and I couldn’t fix it, so my cat went on my couch. I only had this for less than a week before I threw it out. Absolutely terrible.

Peeing In A Rocking Boat
This litter box does not stay stationary. It rocks. My cats say it’s like trying go to the bathroom while adrift upon a rocking boat at sea. I wish they approved of it because it could make cat box chores less unpleasant. From my POV, the accompanying app was disappointing.

I now have 3 cats, and finally did it! Paying for it was holding me back. I bought the first one, and loved it after my cats got used to it. It took a week for them to start. They are so mesmerized! The next week, I bought a second one. No more scooping and cleaning. Just sinch the bag up, and go to the trash. The set up is so easy. The only thing is that is shows the same weight each time. I do have it on carpet, but it's not a big issue for me.

Worked great when purchased. Now it's been a month and it has some glitches randomly. I haven't determined a cause. Nothing is blocking it. Waste isn't full. Randomly it will just stay in the emptying position and you have to manually put it back to.normal. Really disappointed you have to pay extra for notifications (errors, waste full, etc). Does not accurately weigh pet.

I wouldn't recommend buying this litter box. We bought it in March, and only three months later it has already stopped rotating properly. Instead of automatically cycling like it's supposed to, we're having to manually rotate it ourselves. We've checked all of the sensors, cleaned it, and tried the recommended troubleshooting, but nothing has fixed the issue. For something this expensive, I expected it to last much longer than a few months. Save your money and look for a more reliable automatic litter box. This has been a very disappointing purchase.

Would put 0 starts if able to! This machine only lasted 3 months. Have gone through every troubleshooting video, the sensors will are completely blocked, which causes the machine to become inoperable Had high hopes for this machine. What a shame

I was worried cause it was an open top but it cycles well, it really hides the smell too and it's so easy to not have to scoop twice a day cause my cat potties alot !
