    Frustrating that you advertise next day shipping and it is now 3 days past expected arrival and will not be here in time for Fathers Day. Purchased specifically from Target for the sake of arriving quickly, only to be disappointed. Please post REALISTIC ship times if you cannot make it happen.

    NEVER EVEN RECEIVED IT

    Order twice in a week , because it kept getting cancel now our father days gift is ruined. Because they cant even bother sending the correct reason for not shipping the item . Now we builded everything for it and planned furthers day for nothing and noone is taking accountability for the issue.

    Heater doesn’t stay on. Pump constantly shoots EO2 error and shuts off. Tried for a week to get it above 95 and it never did

Just what the doctor ordered!! Easy installation that took no time at all…no problems whatsoever! Instructions were as clear as day! Now just hoping the night temperature stays usually warm so we don’t have to empty it and take it down!! Nice treat !!!

It’s very nice having an inflatable tub because it’s not a permanent fixture. So if you can’t have a permanent fixture because you’re renting then this is perfect! It fits well in a small area as well as a large area. I love the jets and how it fits 4 people pretty comfortably. It gets nice and hot and does a great job at keeping its temperature. I love this hot tub! Great for having people over and the process is pretty easy to set up. Make sure to check for chlorine levels that way you don’t get a hot tub rash.

    Backyard Relaxation Paradise!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Coleman Hawaii Hot Tub has transformed our backyard into a relaxation paradise. First off, the setup was super simple and straightforward. The inflatable design and the included pump made it incredibly easy to get the hot tub up and running in no time. The instructions were detailed and I was able to do it by myself without any assistance. After setting it all up and filling it with water, I started to heat it up. After only an hour, the temperature was rising. It seemed to get hot fairly quickly, which is a nice bonus. The AirJet system is fantastic, creating a relaxing massage-type experience. Coming home from work and sitting in this Coleman spa feels amazing and is the highlight of my day. The digital control panel allows me to adjust the temperature and jet intensity and is very easy to operate. When we first got the spa, I was worried about keeping it warm but also mindful of conserving energy. The Energy Sense Cover is a standout feature that puts an end to all my worries. When the spa is not in use, and the cover is on, It retains heat efficiently allowing me to conserve a lot of energy. This will pay off in the long run and save me quite a bit of money on my electric bill. The cover also ensures that when I need to heat it up quickly so I can go in the spa, it won't take long to get to my desired temperature. So far, maintenance has been easy as well. The filtration system keeps the water clean, and the setup comes with a chemical floater for easy water treatment. I don't need to become a pool/spa tech to maintain the chemicals, it's pretty easy to do and I am confident I will be able to keep it clean. The overall size of the spa is perfect for my family. I'm 6'3" and have plenty of room. So far we have had five people in it at once and it was still roomy. It is the ideal size for my needs and doesn't take up all the space on our patio. Overall, the Coleman Hawaii AirJet Hot Tub has been a game changer and a much-needed addition to our backyard. Its ease of setup, powerful jet system, energy-efficient cover, and simple design make this spa the perfect choice for our family. I can't recommend this hot tub enough to anyone in need of some much-needed relaxation or some fun time with the family. We couldn't be happier with it and highly recommend it. Go get one, you won't be disappointed.

This was super easy to set up and use. Our biggest thing was just clearing the area and making it level. It is so nice! Fits us and our 13 year old perfectly!

    Set it up brand new right out of the box and immediately had a leak. Had to drain it and box it back up and lug it back to a Target. Not a great experience.

    Easy set up!

When I first received the package and opened it, I first read the directions which were very clear to understand. I would definitely say that putting this together with two people makes for an easy job. We put our hot tub on a tarp along with level sand and this worked extremely well. You use the pump itself to blow up the hot tub. Once this was done we simply followed the directions and hooked the tubs to their proper connection. We live in the mountains so it’s been cold here and took about 48 hours to get up to 104 degrees but it has maintained that temperature since then. I do suggest purchasing chemicals like bromine tablets and I had to use an anti foamer as well. In all this hot tub is totally amazing. With jets on all four corners and bubbles coming from the bottom. It really is like getting the ultimate spa treatment at home. I can’t stress enough how easy this was to put together and get running. If you have doubts about it at all I would say don’t worry one bit about this. The quality is better than I could have ever would have thought. I have a large dog that is very curious about what ever me and my husband are doing, he jumped up on the side wall to take a look….everything was perfect. For the price of this spa and the quality is it unmatched from others I have seen. I do hope you found this helpful and I know you will be just as surprised as I was to the amazing quality bestway has to offer.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a hot tub is great! We didn't have to commit to building any sort of structure and deal with the expense of construction. The spa itself though needs A LOT of time to heat up water. Be ready to commit to 14+ hours of the machine running to get the water up to your desired temperature. That's a ton of electricity ($$). It pumps water wonderfully though and feels really nice. I couldn't enjoy it to it's fullest though because we've had a cold couple of weeks. I think what I'll do is warm up water and pour it in the middle and let the heating mechanism basically maintain the heat rather than warm it up.

    A Soothing Hydrotherapy Massage Spa

The quality is outstanding and sturdy. It was SO RELAXING and felt great especially at 104 degrees.
