    New Italian sweet creme formula sucks

    The new formula for the italain sweet creme is terrible. Please got back to the original one before this one. The after taste is horrible and I just can't do it anymore. The last formula was rich and creamy and awesome. I have been buying it for years but now I will look somewhere else I guess.

    You changed the coffee creamer. It’s absolutely disgusting now and I can’t drink it. I had to throw away 2 64 ounce containers. It has such a bitter taste and is no longer smooth.

    Did the Italian sweet cream change the recipe and bottle? I recently purchased this and the bottles different and it has 30 cal instead of 35. The new recipe is not good.

    Caramel nowhere to be found!!

    I love the regular caramel but haven't been able to find it anywhere. Get it together Coffee Mate. It started with covid but still having production issues? Maybe keep up with the original products before experimenting with other flavors, etc.

    Changed recipe?

    I have been a coconut creamer consumer for years but this new bottle color has reflected a change in the flavor that is not good. It does not taste like coconut anymore. Will sadly be looking for a new creamer

    Not good

    I love and have been buying this flavor for years. The last 2 bottles have not been good. They taste exactly like French vanilla which is not my favorite flavor. Did the bottle labels get mixed up in packaging or is the recipe now different. Not sure what brand/flavor to buy now because I have been a loyal coffee mate Italian sweet cream user since they came out with this.

    Horrible Pumpkin Spice.

    This batch is super watery and doesn’t even make my coffee creamy anymore. Very weak pumpkin spice flavor. These companies keep thinking we’re dumb and won’t notice they’re skimping on quality. Sorry, Coffee mate, ya’ll fked up on this one. Switching brands til the quality is back to the way it was.

    Recipe change

    This has been my go to creamer for years, so I know the taste well. Unfortunately, this will be my last bottle. The new formula contains acesulfame potassium, which has always tasted extremely bitter to me. The flavor is noticeably different, and now it’s almost completely undrinkable.

    The old version was my favorite and 5 stars, but I was so disappointed and sad to find out that when the packaging changed, the taste did too. It lost the coconut taste! It’s just awful now. I’m going to have to return the 4 bottles I recently bought.
