    Color Has Become Darker; Not Helpful to Blonds etc

    Something has changed. It was great at coverage, staying put. Only had to use it once between washings. Now light brown is too dark. Too much contrast now for blonds, red heads, lighter hair.

    Happy review

    I never write reviews but wanted to share my experience. I have never dyed my own hair and was nervous to try. I have brown hair with highlights, needed a touch up but my hair girl is on vaca for 3 wks. So I got this in light brown. Followed instructions. Used entire amount on roots at scalp, down part, and around ears. There was plenty of dye to use. I really made sure to use the brush to get on the root and esp on the grays. I tried to pull the highlighted sections out so no dye touched those pieces. I left the dye on for 15-18 min, rinsed out (no shampoo) and used a conditioner to soften up and let it air dry. Shampooed & conditioned and styled the next morning and I’m shocked at how good it looks. Even my 11 year old commented on how good my hair looked. I am not sure how well this would work for those trying to go blond but for anyone trying to cover a few grays to darker, this product is amazing! Now we’ll have to see how long it lasts!

    Gloves NOT included

    I've been buying this product for 5ge past 3 yrs with results. Finally writing a review...Traveling and need to touch up my gray before a meeting tomorrow... Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. Can't use this...Clearly something went wrong in the manufacturing/packaging process...
