    Big Fail

    So much to say about this lotion. The smell reminds me of bug spray. The pump works sporadically and doesn’t go all the way to the bottom. There’s no way to get the top off so that product will just be lost. I wrote Byoma about the pump issue. They wanted lot number, proof of purchase and a video of the issue. I sent the lot number and my receipt. I’m not making a video for something they already know is an issue. They wrote back and told me I could return to Target. I already knew that so why put me through all the requests? They implied they didn’t care and washed their hands of the issue. Their attitude doesn’t make me want to use their other products.

    Disgusting customer service

    The service was absolutely disgusting. I placed an order, they brought the bag to my car, verified my identity, and I trusted that everything was fine. Later, when I checked the bag, I found both of my large lotion bottles smeared with some kind of pink cream and a green substance — it looked like Pepto‑Bismol mixed with something else. I took the bottles right back inside Target with my receipt, showing them exactly what I had just picked up from drive‑up. Not one employee questioned what that nasty mess was or how it ended up on my items. The lack of concern and basic hygiene was unbelievable. Target’s customer service in that moment was filthy, careless, and unacceptable.

    The smell is awful and extremely strong. A combination of baby lotion and bug spray on an extremely intense level. Returning back to store.

    Perfect for sensitive skin

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lotion goes on so smooth and does not leave that sticky lotion feeling. May not seem like a big deal but I love the way it dispenses. It’s a flat thick line but helps to control the amount of output instead of big ole glob of lotion in your hand. After using the product for an extended period of time, my skin feels hydrated and I definitely see a different. Not to mention the smell is also lovely yet light.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lotion is very hydrating! I’ve been dealing with harsh winter air which leaves my skin chapped dry and hurting and this has helped a lot! It’s a little greasy feeling at first but then quickly soaks into the skin and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling behind. I think with everyday use I have seen a big improvement in my skin and how hydrated it looks. The packaging is nice and simple and easy to use. I have been packing it in a plastic bag when I travel though because it’s not easy to lock up so it doesn’t get spilled while traveling.

    Good affordable lotion

I was not a fan of the smell at all. It smells like baby lotion. You beed quite a lot of the product since it’s so thin. It almost feels a bit greasy, too. Overall this was a miss for me and I won’t be getting it again.

    Amazing lotion

    For me it’s a no, but may work for other skin type

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lotion was too watery. On my skin it didn’t really do much. I’m an African American woman so I get ashy if I don’t moisturize after a shower and I found myself putting this lotion on then 10-15 minutes later I have to go over it with shea butter. For certain skin types it may be a better experience, but for me it was a no. It didn’t really have a strong scent to it. Just something pleasant and mild. This lotion would easily sweat off.
