Description

The Bluey 2-in-1 Floor Potty Trainer with Sound is an essential potty training tool when it comes to teaching little ones the basics of potty training. Stage 1, use it as a floor potty to get children used to sitting and going on their own. Removable bowl included for easy and quick clean up. Stage 2, the removable potty ring can be used on most standard toilet seats when children are ready to graduate to the adult toilet. It features a built-in splash guard that prevents unwanted splash backs that can occur when potty training. The Bluey 2-in-1 Floor Potty Trainer features clips and sounds from favorite Bluey episodes to help encourage children to conquer potty training with their favorite character! My daughter picked this potty out herself, and it’s been a great addition to our potty training journey! One feature I really love is the handle on the removable potty bowl, which makes it so much easier to lift out and empty. It’s also super easy to assemble and clean! I do agree with other reviewers that this potty isn’t really designed for boys, as it doesn’t have a splash guard in the front like many other pottys do. As for the sounds, I haven’t paid too much attention to them, but I do think there may be an issue with ours as well. I can only remember hearing one particular phrase, and I can’t really understand what it’s saying. Other than that, it’s been really helpful with potty training! My daughter loves it, and I also appreciate that it comes with a little sticker chart to help keep her motivated!

Pull out the white tab to get the other phrases

The kid loves this potty. She pushes the button when she is done. Potty training is going well with this one. Although it took me forever to figure out the white tab you need to pull out to get all the other phrases from the potty. Lift up the part where the sound comes out of and turn over and you’ll see, by the battery compartment, a long white tab you pull out.

Disappointing

Very cute concept, however, was disappointed that the back piece doesn’t latch on to anything so it’s easy to come apart which is not ideal for a toddler. I saw another review that mentioned only one sound clip playing, however, when you pull up the top piece with the storage section you’ll see a white paper tab, if you pull that off it’ll play the rest of the clips.

NOT MEANT FOR BOYS, MAKE SURE YOU GET A POTTY WITH A PEE CATCH!

It's cute and makes cute noises, however this seat is not comfortable for a small child. This toilet is the worst of you have a boy, there isn't a pee catch on the rim. My little boy always ends up shooting right over the top of it. So in short probably okay for little girls DONT GET IF YOUR A BOY MOM. IF of you think your gonna keep them on the pot while they watch TV or something don't bother getting this one, it's not comfortable for little little children it hurts their little bottoms if they sit on it too long. My kiddo is two and he is pretty small for a two year old he has a hard time touched by the ground when he is sitting all the way back in it.

Great concept, but pricey for how quickly it broke.

I was only ok with the price because it was Bluey, however, we may have gotten a defective one. Immediately after putting it together, the “flush” button felt stuck after only a few pushes to test it out. Then it completely stopped working all together. We even double checked the batteries. I really like the reward system/stickers it comes with, but it’s a hefty price on a potty training toilet if it’s not working properly.

Falls Short :(

Biggest pull if that it’s the popular character. Other than that, falls flat in my opinion. Flush and other sound effects are so loud and repetitive. The plastic is on the flimsy side and doesn’t seem like it would make it as a hand-me-down to my second child. Honestly could put a Bluey sticker on another children’s toilet seat and it would make my kiddo just as happy for a fraction of the cost. I sadly ended up returning.

Think about it before getting this

The potty is cute however it does not have a splash guard for boys. I feel like this is a very important piece that is missing. I really want to return it and find another one with the splash guard like he had before on a different potty. Also, it claims to play multiple songs, but it only plays one.

Cute and my kid loves the music

My youngest son loves this potty! I got it to help encourage him to use the potty. He’s not potty trained yet, but definitely more interested than he was before! I also love that the toilet seat comes off and can later be used as a toilet seat cover. I feel like that will help the transition to the big potty easier.

Practical

My son is obsessed with bluey. He sat on the toilet right away. When you first assemble the potty it’s on demo mode , you have remove the top lid from the base and pull the plastic tab off . All the sounds will play
