    Does not arrive on time

    If you need it right away don’t trust the “will arrive this date” because mine said it will arrive between February 11-13 and it arrive on the 18th it was supposed to be my boyfriend’s valentines gift but other than that it was easy to assemble and it look good quality.

    Missing parts

    Chair seems like decent quality. Took out all the parts and matched to instructions to ensure all is there before starting assembly. Was missing the part to connect the legs to the base. A literal required part. Had to pack it all back up and send back. Awful quality inspection.

    Disappointed by Delayed Christmas Order and Lack of Transparency

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order on December 18th with the promise of delivery before Christmas, but it was delayed and only updated to arrive after December 26th, then 29th and now showing a new estimated delivery date of December 30th. When I contacted customer service, I was told that their policy allows for a refund if there is no update within 4 days, but since there was no status update between 12/18 and 12/26, I simply expected a delivery. Instead, I was told I now have to wait until the item actually arrives before any refund or process can be initiated because it’s being shipped through a third-party vendor with the 4 day window now closed. It’s incredibly disappointing that this crucial information about shipping delays and refund policies isn’t clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase. Instead, I only learned about these limitations when I reached out after the delay. This lack of transparency and the inconvenience caused by the delay has left me very dissatisfied. I expected better communication and clearer policies upfront, especially during the holiday season when timely delivery is so important. Very frustrating experience.

    DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!

    I ordered this chair on 12/14, with a delivery date of 12/17. Which I turn went to a delivery date of 12/18 to 12/19 to 12/20 and now to 12/23...I would not recommend buying from this seller..items aren't shipped in a timely manner...as of this review (12/20) the item still has not shipped.
