  • A: The vacuum sealer accepts different brands of bags but they must be textured vacuum sealer bags.

Q: Looks like any moisture gets collected in the tray that the bag opening should sit in/above. Does the tray come out? How easy/difficult is it to clean? Can any of the liquid (including stickiness or odor) get into the motor of the vacuum sealer?

  • A: Unfortunately the tray does not come out but there is a form lining that can be removed for easier cleaning. The liquid will be caught in the tray if any and will not get into the motor. The vacuum is not meant for liquids or and foods that are marinated.

    Disappointed in performance

    Purchased this unit and received it 9/2/25. 11 months later the foam seal has separated from the unit. I often have trouble with it when sealing half sized bags. My first unit from another company made a double seal and that was great for piece of mind. Will not buy this brand again.

    Does the job efficiently

    I bought the smaller version of the vacuum sealer after seeing a friend who has the bigger one with more functionality. This one works well to seal, but the clipping mechanism to lock the sealer requires a bit of forced doesn't seem smooth when the head goes in and out. I've used it about once a day for the past 2 months, the rubber seal has stayed in place. I'm not too sure about the longevity of the machine, will have to see in a few years.

    i have only used it

    i have only used it a couple of times and it worked well. Today i was sealing some things and it was working fine then after sealing a couple of items it stopped working. i tried a couple of times and it would not creat vacuum. i unplugged it and then plugged it in again. i also switch bags and it began to work again ?

    Total Game Changer!

    We packed the deep freezer as soon as we opened it. It was easy to learn and quick to adjust. The only down side is it doesn't do wet foods well. So I just have to clean a little more 😅 overall very happy.

    Still figuring it out

    I've read the instructions multiple times, I continue to struggle a little with getting this to actually vacuum and seal consistently, I feel that I'm consistent with where I place the plastic but it's hit or miss

    Great little vacuum sealer

    Bought in conjunction with my Anova Pro sous vide. This was bought for sealing sous vide bags - and does that very well. I like the compact size, I don't need a big, robust machine for this application. A slim machine that I can keep at hand in my kitchen is perfect.

    Works okay

    Hi, i have a hard time getting it to seal bags that I have cut to half the length. My last unit made a double seal that just added to my piece of mind. It is hard to snap each end in place. My last one was much easier to operate.
