New formula lost a customer

First experience with the new formula. What have you done and why? This isn’t lavender - this is overwhelming perfume of some unidentified scent. Had to pull the blanket off the bed to sleep because it smelled so bad / set off horrible allergies and will be rewashing everything. Why. Why do companies change things that customers love and set them apart from competitors. Will no longer purchase unless you revert back to the original formula that loyal customers bought for years.

Love the new scent

I absolutely love the new lavender scent! I have people asking me what I’m wearing. Even my sheltie follows me around sniffing my blanket when I pull it out of the dryer.

Change to lavender scent is awful

I was hopeful that the reviews about the scent change were hyperbole. They were not. It really is awful. Im so bummed because I used to use this in every load of laundry to add a light and pleasant scent (I use free and clear detergent because of sensitive skin). I don’t usually write negative reviews but I’m up very late rewashing the load I used the recalibrated scent in because it’s so terrible.

I love this product. I love how it smells

I don’t like those Downey scent beads, but I love these, I only wish I knew how much I was supposed to use. It doesn’t say it on the label.

New scent formulation is awful

I've been using the lavender scent crystals for years for the light, lovely scent. Just got the new bottle and it's horrible. Not at all like the original. I had to re-wash the whole load of clothes because I couldn't sleep with the stink in my room. So disappointed! Whyyy did you change it?

Scent boosted

When I started chemo I was told to switch all cleaning products to skin sensitive/non chemical products. I missed having my clothes keep their clean smell though after a day or so, found out they sold a scent booster and it's been amazing. Now my clothes have a fresh clean scent when I go to wear them.

Disappointed

Horribly disappointed. I buy Mrs Meyes because it is a true clean scent of lavender, but no longer. It was one of a kind. I might as well buy Downey at least it lasts longer

Window scented rainwater detergent booster

Difficult to pour, simple to use, it hurt my head with the smell, definitely will be buying these detergent booster another day nice enough. I bought something I really wanted on sale, I don't have any circle discounts to use yet.

Amazing product, hate the plastic

Mrs. Meyers boasts being in the "natural" cleaning category, but I wish they would make the leap to biodegradable packaging. I can easily go through this size in a month and it pains me to heave yet another plastic container into my recyling bin knowing it may not even get recycled. Also this product is so expensive.

Lavender Scent Booster

Mrs Meyers lavender scent booster is beautifully scented and keeps my clothes smelling fresh. I use half the small cup for large loads of smaller for smaller loads. Its light and strong at the same time which I love and naturally based without harsh chemicals which is good for me and my sensitive skin.

New scent

I purchased this after being unable to purchase the old formulation, and it smells completely different. As someone with a very strong fragrance sensitivity, that change is unwelcome, and I will not purchase it again.

Lavender scent booster is a dream!

I love this lavender fragrance; it is not overpowering to me compared to other brands I have bought in the past. It's the only one I use after shopping around. You can't beat the quality either. It costs more than others, but I just need a small amount, and I use it just with my linens.
