The delivery driver did not deliver my item to the right place. He left it somewhere in my dorm building which I have never been to nor recognize because today is move in day and I needed my items to arrive before I got there. He was asked to give my items to mailroom or receptionist where it would be secured but ignored my request and stopped responding to me. I have never had an experience like this before and hope to never run into anything this unprofessional again.
