Hi, It is recommended to use a rug pad with this rug to prevent slipping. This is a machine washable rug, so it does not come with backing or a rug pad attached for that reason.

Hi, This rug was delivered in this way due to it being too large to drop-ship when rolled as it is a 12'X15' and FedEx/UPS limit in length is roughly 8'. Please see below for general instructions on how to flatten your rugs: How to lay out your rug: Place the rolled-up rug on the floor and lay flat. For rugs that don’t include a non-slip back, we recommend adding a rug pad first. Vacuum the rug surface without a beater bar (spinning brush head) to remove shed fivers and flatten the rug further. Flatten curled corners either by reverse rolling or placing a heavy stack of books to weigh them down. To remove creases, place a damp cloth over the creased area and gently iron over it to help relax the wrinkles. We highly suggest getting a rug pad for your rug. This will help tremendously in avoiding curls, creases or warps as well as following the instructions above. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.

Gorgeous and worth every penny

I purchased the sage green one a year ago for $50 they’re now almost double the price now, which I’m not a fan of but overall the rug is wonderful it arrived quickly so shipping was 5 stars, packaging was 5 stars and it looks beautiful!

Terrible Smell

Atrotious, Toxic Off-Gassing Smell

Ok, I read a review where it had a bad smell and I chalked it up to a standard new rug chemical stink. But this was NEXT LEVEL. I tried to air it outdoors, but that did nothing. The best way I can describe it is chemical skunk. I know this sounds dramatic, but I would highly NOT recommend this rug. In other notes, it's maybe a 4/10 softness, and the fabric has a shine which cheapens the look in my opinion. The only thing I did like about it was the colors and design, but I have to say, this rug will not stay in our home. And I'm dreading the 1 hour drive to Target return it with that smell in the car (yikes!).

Smelled terrible

The smell on this rug is terrible. I thought that maybe my dog peed on it so I took it to the laundry mat to wash it. The edges started to fray and the smell was the same. It is a really weird smell. Sort of like a skunk but worse.

Smelled

Will not straighten out. The worst part was after having in a room for 30 days the room started to smell literally like a skunk. I had to remove the rug and the carpet beneath it smelled like a skunk. They’re no pets in our home so it was not urine of any kind.
