Coconut truffle obsession

I’m completely obsessed with these coconut truffles from That’s it.. They’re rich (even though they’re vegan) and full of real coconut flavor, with a smooth, soft texture that feels decadent and satisfying. They taste like an indulgent dessert snack, but still feel clean and balanced. Perfect if you want a sweet treat made with real ingredients and no artificial sweetener or stuff you can’t pronounce. Definitely one of my favorite gluten free coconut snacks.
