Tough

My range runs hot and thin pans usually can't cope for long. This one holds its shape and its coating even at a high flame. Built for real use, not the occasional fry-up.

One year, still perfect

Just over a year of owning this, cooking on it four or five nights a week. Eggs, roti, pancakes, steak, salmon, shrimp, marinated pork belly, teppanyaki vegetables. The coating has taken all of it. Nothing flaking, no dull patches, no spots where food starts to grab. It goes in the dishwasher a couple of times a month and gets hand washed the rest of the time, and honestly it looks close to how it did new. I also took it camping on a butane burner and the base stayed flat over that direct flame. Fourteen inches turned out to be the right call: enough room for the whole family, still fits in a normal cabinet. For forty dollars I'm buying a second one as a gift.

Great Quality Grill Pan

Growing fonder of this grill pan every week. Heat lands evenly, food lifts off without a fight, and it rinses clean. Meat, vegetables, even eggs have all worked out. It isn't heavy to lift and the size is judged just right.

No other pan is as good

The 14-inch is the right call. Food slides straight off, it tucks into the cabinet fine, and it even came through a dishwasher cycle no worse for wear. I'm done shopping for pans.

Great Pan for Korean BBQ and Fried Rice!

Cooked pork belly first, then threw rice on the same surface afterward — both came out great. Heat spreads evenly, nothing scorched, nothing stuck. The side handles make it easy to move and there's room to feed a lot of people at once. No complaints at all.

Cooking is my job, and I own pans from forty dollars up to four hundred. My wife wanted something for Korean BBQ at home, so I read around and settled on this griddle. Six months later, across both gas and induction, it performs well past what it costs. The aluminum spreads heat evenly enough that I've stopped fiddling with the flame partway through a cook. The slope keeps the meat surface drier, which means better browning. It's taken two accidental hits from metal tongs and still releases food properly. If you want dependable results without paying professional prices, this is about as good as the value gets. Four friends have it on my say-so and all four are happy.

Fun to Cook With & Easy to Clean

Liked ours enough that they're now our go-to gift. Korean food goes without saying, but I reach for mine just as often for a fast stir-fry or a couple of sunny-side eggs.

This is perfect

We had a mouse problem on our street a while back and none of us trusted our outdoor grills anymore — no telling what had been nesting in there. This has completely covered that gap. Same char, same flavor, just done on the stove instead. What surprised me most is that grilling meat indoors on it doesn't leave that heavy smell hanging around the house for days. Genuinely glad we found it.

Handles oven heat fine

Chicken thighs started on the burner and finished in the oven with no fuss. Going from a hot stovetop into oven heat hasn't affected the coating or the shape of the pan.

Bulgogi every time

Bulgogi lives or dies on steady heat, and this gives it. The thin beef cooks fast, doesn't stick, and the flavor off that flat surface is exactly right.

Straight into the oven

Being able to start something on the burner and slide it into the oven saves me a pan every time. The handles stay cool on the stovetop and oven heat hasn't hurt the surface.
