Description

Stella Rosa Black Semi-Sparkling Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. During the fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail.

NOT red wine

if you like red wine this is NOT it for you. two stars because it advertises as “fruit forward” and boy howdy is it. it’s like drinking fruit juice. like i said, i bought this thinking it was a red wine (and the name made me think it would be a really dark red too!) so i knew i made a mistake the second i poured it and it was pink. i’m obviously stuck with it now and i honestly may end up dumping it. it just tastes like the awful low alcohol content super cheap sweet wine that you buy in college :( like i would recommend just buying the barefoot fruity wines because they’re cheaper and it’s the same quality if not better. sucks man.

this is one of the most common wine that i take as a gift to my friends and they do same to me. Its very loght and not sweet. It doesnt have much strong smell since its of best quality.

High praise from a dry wine consumer.

I had a recipe for cherry reduction sauce that called for a sweet red wine. We are NOT sweet wine fans. The recipe suggested Stella Rosa Black so I decided to try it. So glad I did. This wine is really good. I will not only cook with it I will drink it!

My favorite!

This favorite amongst all the ladies in my family when it comes to an inexpensive basic wine. It's like your basic little black dress. It's a perfect sweet red wine for an any day casual get together. It's not too sweet nor too bland.

Non alcholic sugary juice in a wine bottle!

All the good reviews are from individuals who received this item for free. I bought the product. It was in the wine aisle assumed it was wine. No its “Non-Alcoholic is a semi-sweet, lightly fizzy red beverage made in Italy with 0.3% alcohol by volume.” I knew something wasn’t right when I poured it and my first sip I immediately said “it’s just fruit juice!” If that’s what you’re looking for OK! But it’s not “semi-sweet” it’s very sweet like a sugar juice. I knew something wasn’t definitely off when I had a migraine the next day. Avoid if you have migraines, want real wine or want something not too sweet.

The perfect sweet, refreshing wine for a relaxing date night!

Stella rose black is a favorite in our house.The appearance of the dark bottle with the crown.Looks great, and it is a wonderful value.I love the smooth sweet berry, finnish and the light carbonation.That gives it a little sparkle.The low alcohol level makes it easy to enjoy a glass of two with dinner. Highly recommend!

THE BEST STELLA

An absolute phenomenal blend. It’s like a mix of berries. It’s got a sweet taste to it and it’s absolutely divine. I like it better cold. A pair it perfectly with the charcuterie board during an event and all by myself. The problem with this product is, I can drink a whole bottle by myself and want more!!

Black is my absolute favorite red wine from Stella Rosa. I always seem to reach for it when we have events to go to. The fruity flavors get me happy everytime. The bottle is also sleek to look at which adds value to the overall aesthetic.

Try it. Its a nice surprise.

Not at all a traditional wine because it's sweet, slightly effervescent and best drunk cold or over ice. Lower alcohol than other reds, I used it to make sangria. And it was really good.
