    Best summertime protein drink

    I love the the flavors and quality of ruke 1s whey isolate one of my favorites is the blue raspberry! The drink is so smooth and taste light and not milky perfect for summertime.

    Amazing product!

    I’ve been really impressed with the Rule 1 Clear Whey Isolate. The Blue Raspberry flavor tastes great and is much lighter and more refreshing than a traditional protein shake. It mixes easily with water, doesn’t feel heavy, and is perfect after a workout or anytime I want a quick protein boost. I also really like the 20g of protein per serving with zero sugar and only 90 calories. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a protein that tastes good, is easy to drink, and doesn’t feel like a typical thick protein shake. I’ll definitely be buying it again!

    Great tasting drink

    I loved this stuff. I bought the blue raspberry and the price is worth it to me because you just mix water and bam, 20g protein, easy. Doesn't have any gritty taste at all. It really just tastes like I'm drinking higher quality kool-aid lmao. Definitely have bought several times.

    My favorite brand

    Rule 1 is my favorite brand for protein, pre workout and other supplement powders. The clear protein is my new after workout drink or just on ice to get my protein in. Rule 1 brand mixes better than the rest and the flavor is amazing. I even got my cousin hooked it. We use their website to order our supplies and get the best deals.

    Great for the Texas Heat!

    I love this clear isolate and discovered it just in time for Texas summer running. I’ve tried strawberry lemonade and cherry limeade so far. The taste on both is great, much more refreshing than regular whey protein. My only downside with this is the clumping that requires some extra shaking while drinking it, and it gets pretty bubbly. Overall, great product, though! Good price point, too.

    Tasty Protein

    The Protein tastes just like juice, it’s amazing if you drink your protein with water. It’s better than the traditional whey which have chocolate, vanilla,…, and cereal flavors. It’s great change. Plus it’s low in Calorie, especially when cutting.
