Great Customer Service!
The turtle was for my seven-year-old grandson for Easter in NYC. I live. in the Southwest, so I had it sent directly to him so that it would get there in plenty of time. It arrived with the head broken off, but my daughter hadn't opened it before fixing the Easter basket. My grandson still thought it was cool and painted it anyway. After Easter, my daughter contacted the company and let them know what had happened. They had a new turtle, head intact, to her before the week was up. Wow!

Looks very good in the final product!
The turtle was very good! My granddaughter enjoyed painting it. However when I opened it, a corner of the foam was ripped off and foam bits got everywhere. But in the end, it was worth it!

Lots of paint to foster creativity
My 8 year old granddaughter loved this gift. Unlike a turtle which is slow,she was so eager to to start painting it and created a lovely design that different from the one shown on the box. The paints provided were ample so she could be creative. That evening her Dad helped her bake it in the oven. While it was cooling she called to Face-time the results. In spring, it will go outside in the garden next to the stepping stone she made last year. In the meantime it is decorating her bedroom.
