They are small but full, they have a very rich crunchy-soft texture and the flavor is natural, not cloying at all. You can feel the cereals and the seeds, perfect for when you want something sweet but without guilt. I liked that they don't fall heavy and are ideal to carry in the bag as a quick snack.
