KidKraft Annabelle Dollhouse

My granddaughter loves this house. She spends hours with her friends in front of this house! Priced less than some of the more expensive models but we can’t all afford the “best” ones! I would certainly recommend this doll house!

Disappointing quality all around. This was challenging to put together due to the flimsy allen wrench that bent within the first few screws. It’s basically sturdy cardboard with peeling wall paper and nicked wood. Good enough for a 3 year old who doesn’t care about how it looks up close.

The house is beautiful. My daughter loves it. I love the design and colors. I put it together myself, it took about 2 hours. It comes with lots of furniture pieces so that was nice. My daughters Barbies and dolls all fit. When I opened the box there was a moldy smell. The box must have gotten some moisture in it wherever it’s been stored. The house came together well, there was one place where the piece cracked when I put the wood screw in. Other than that, it’s a nice house.

I picked up mine years ago, from a day care that closed. My Granddaughter loved it for years. Today, I pass it along to another family, for their child to enjoy.excellent toy.

Do not recommend, poor quality. First screw that went in snapped the wood. There’s missing drill spots so not all screws were used. Would not buy from this company again. Better off building a homemade wooden doll house

floor boards are very chinsy and likely ti break easily, shouldve been thicker wood. has a nice look, and the furniture is great

Dollhouse is cute. But. Arrived with MANY missing pieces. When I ordered my missing parts, THAT order was missing parts. Walls are warped. Daughter will love it but I’m overall disappointed.

Cute house. Elevator does not easily go up and down at all. 2/5 stars

My 6 year old daughter loves this dollhouse - it’s very large, fits all of her Barbies with room for furniture. I expect it will group with her the next few years. It’s very sturdy and was too difficult to put together. My only complaint is the elevator - it sticks and can be hard to move. We had to put a lot of Vaseline on the lift for it to slide enough that she could use it.

Overall, I am pretty unhappy with this product, but once assembled it is cute and my daughter loves it. However, I probably wouldn't buy it again. I read the reviews before buying, but I tend to give the benefit of the doubt where reviewed concerns, I am sorry I did in this case. We ordered for Christmas and when we went to assemble the hardware was missing, this led to having a pretty disappointed child on Christmas morning. When the hardware finally came it was difficult to assemble, some of the holes did not line up. there are several places where the furniture is peeling, the sink for the kitchen was broken and had to be re-glued, the roof peak was broken and had to be re-glued. Once together the elevator is very difficult to move and most likely will become broken in the attempts to make it go up and down. I really wanted to love this dollhouse, I just don't and I can't recommend another parent spend money on it.

Elevator is extremely hard to go up and down. Very time consuming to put together. Some of the holes that were pre drilled were hard to screw into and ended up stripping the hole.

So happy with our purchase. Bought it for our almost 3 year old and she is going to LOVE it!!

Assembly is pretty easy but does take time as expected it’s a large piece. When putting the house together some of the wood cracked as I was screwing in the screws. Some of the walls paper on the roof was already peeling off. Not something that bothers me too much but should be better quality for the price. The elevator won’t move at all. It’s pretty much stuck on the bottom unless you really out force into it but don’t want to break the side panels which is what it feels like when you put more force into it. Lastly on one side of the house where a screw was suppose to go there was no hole on the other end. I had to improvise and make a hole myself to secure piece.

Beautiful dollhouse. Materials are not as solid as I would have liked but it’s sturdy and looks great. Takes some time to build (took us about 1-2 hours) love the accessories that come with this. Overall happy with this purchase.

As described, three year old daughter loves it! Good quality. As with any dollhouse, be prepared for the assembly time :)

Purchased for Christmas because I didn’t want a cheap plastic one. Honestly….should’ve got the plastic one. This came packaged wonderfully except the stickers were not cut correctly & parts were peeling off. Instructions were not great, and 2 of my panels were mislabeled causing the floors to not match. We only figured this out after staring at it for five minutes upon completion. This took 2 1/2 hours, 3 adults, and a drill to put this together. Yes, we had to drill BIGGER holes so the screws would align and we had to drill two holes into the banister to keep it in place…the banister would be falling off had we not. Last but certainly not least, pretty much every screw I would BARELY tighten into place split EVERY piece of wood.
