They sold me a free sample that says not for sale on it for $13!!

I purchased this Kérastase Elixir Ultime hair oil from Target expecting to receive the retail product described in the listing. Instead, I received a bottle clearly labeled “FREE SAMPLE. NOT FOR SALE.” I paid for this item, so receiving a free sample marked “Not for Sale” is not acceptable. This is materially different from what I expected to purchase, and it raises serious concerns about the product’s source and whether it was appropriately offered for sale. The seller should explain why a product labeled “Not for Sale” was sold to a customer. I would not recommend purchasing this item unless Target and the seller can clarify the discrepancy.

Extremely Disappointed I am honestly very disappointed with this purchase. First, the product arrived without any seal, which is extremely concerning for a hair oil. For a product at this price point, I expected it to arrive properly sealed and clearly unopened. On top of that, the bottle arrived with a noticeably small amount of product inside. It looks like it is not even close to being full, which makes me question whether I actually received the correct amount of product. I understand that Kérastase has changed the Elixir Ultime packaging and that the current refillable version contains 75 ml instead of the previous 100 ml. However, that does not explain why my product arrived looking partially empty and without a seal. I paid for a premium product and expected premium packaging, quality control, and a product that arrives completely intact. This experience was extremely disappointing and honestly made me question the authenticity and handling of the product. I am very dissatisfied and would like this issue to be addressed.
