    Tastes Great

    We make red beans and rice about once a month and Johnsonville Andouille Rope Sausage is perfect for this dish. It's not too spicy, which I like. This adds just the right flavor for red beans and rice. Of course, sometimes I just cut it up and add it to other dishes, to make the meal go farther, and it's great for that too.

    Misery!

    Though the taste was fine, there is waaaay too much sodium, including sodium phosphate, sodium nitrite, sodium erythorbate, sodium chloride,... I had a headache through the evening and into the following afternoon. I was in misery despite taking Tylenol to help me sleep. I will never buy again.

    Terrible do not buy this brand

    I recently bought this sausage. Cooked it last night. So much fat, cartilage pieces in it that it is not edible. Will never buy this brand again!

    Extremely gross.

    I chose these over other brands of andouille sausage, having always had good experiences with Johnsonville products. Never again. Whatever flavor this sausage has is overpowered by the taste and texture of low-grade animal fat. I actually had to spit it out (and I don’t consider myself a picky person). Time and money wasted.

    Spicy sausage

    AAA for absolutely awful andouille

    This product taste so little like andouille I feel I was robbed.Also every bite,no exaggeration,every bite included bone chips.No more Johnsonville in my house.

    Pieces of Bone

    Flavor was good but there were MANY little pieces of bone in the meat I kept having to bite down on. Would not buy it again for this reason alone.

    Right amount of Kick!
