Amazing Macros & Taste!

I got some of the frozen meals on a whim while traveling for work and was blown away with the flavor and the macros. I just started tracking my macros and was worried there wouldn’t be great options for quick meals that I could heat up in a hotel microwave from the frozen meal aisle but Counter was such a nice surprise. They somehow managed to make high protein, low calorie/low fat options without compromising on taste. This is my new go-to whenever I need to grab dinner while traveling for work!!

ProcesseDiet gimmick not Heart or kidney healthy

Too high in salt (54%); 30% saturated fat; and 85mg of cholesterol. Taste is okay, not great, not something I'd want to eat again. And I'm not sure why it has sugar. This is definitely not heart or kidney healthy. Eat it and you'll retain water and gain weight. Low on fiber, need a side dish of broccoli or something. I wish I'd read the ingredients instead of trusted the high protein, low calorie packaging trick. There's more important things to watch for if you want to live long.

The taco mac and cheese is my favorite! It's so full of flavor, and I'm always left feeling full and satisfied. I wish every store carried these because I have to specially seek them out in my area.

I normally not one to buy frozen meals so I can’t even tell how I stumbled upon these, but my life hasn’t been the same since! Every meal is the bomb.com as are the burritos! Quick easy way to hit your macros, get protein & carbs. And as a woman, these are the meals that will help you stay on track during that time of the month with all the amazing pasta dishes - comfort food options. Big fan. Delicious and Nutritious!

As a nurse working in weight management, we are always looking for low calorie/high protein meals we can recommend to patients. Often times they taste gross and/or have a bad texture. This meal was simple, convenient, AND tasted delicious.
