Ace Bakery Focaccia Roll - 18.7oz

These rolls are so tasty. They have the perfect softness to them, but still firm enough to where your sandwich stays together. They do taste fresh. I have not had any issues as mentioned in other reviews on mold. You also get a nice portion of rolls per bag. I will continue to purchase!

I'd like to add my positive review since I saw so many bad ones here. This bread tastes very delicious especially toasted. Slice it across and make a bruscheta. Or spread some pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and herbs and heat it up in a toaster oven - you've got a pizza breadstick. Cold sandwich, or toasted sandwich - we use this bread all the time. Now, for the mold part - this bread DOES NOT have PRESERVATIVES. That is why it tastes so good, AND you have to realize that's why it gets moldy very quickly. This bread travels here from Canada. Target team needs to store this bread at least in a fridge if not in a freezer. And of course, at home store it in your fridge as well. And let me give you a hint: if your bread got a tiny tiny moldy spot, just slice this piece off, wrap the remainder of the bread in aluminum foil and heat it up in a toaster oven on the hottest setting for 10-15 min, making sure the whole bun is heated pretty hot thoroughly. After heating it looks and smells like a freshly baked bread. I'm still alive.

I bought this based on the name of the kind of bread. We used it for sandwiches that night. It was basically a cibatta roll, just with a large space at the top filled with air. None of the luscious, olive oil taste or mouth feel, not fluffy and springy. I felt decieved. Would NEVER purshase again. And due to how misleading this purchase would, that now puts any product from ACE on the nope list for me.

Unfortunately I can't share a review on the taste of the product as I received a package that is moldy and expired, via drive-up. Lame!
