We ordered 1 and were charged and shipped 2 boxes. Upon further investigation, we learned this retail product was being offered by a 3rd party who inflated the cost by 40%. When we tried to return the unopened item we did not order, we were told there is a no return policy. We called the customer experience 800 number and got hung up on when we asked to speak to a supervisor, twice. This experience turned, what was supposed to be a gift for my daughter into a hard lesson that corporate Target doesn't listen to their customers and will not take responsibility for fulfillment issues. If I could rate zero stars, I would. This is the 3rd survey you asked me to fill out about this purchase. Anyone actually reading them?
